Villa Tugendhat x Knoll

To celebrate the 2024 reissue of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe’s 1929 Tugendhat Chair, Knoll commissioned photographer Franck Bohbot to shoot a new visual campaign on location at Villa Tugendhat in Brno, Czech Republic. Working alongside Knoll’s creative team, Bohbot captured the iconic piece reunited with its original architectural environment. “I was immediately blown away by how the space feels both monumental and intimate at the same time,” Bohbot recalls. “It really felt alive, like every detail had a story to tell.
