I Am an actor

In New York City and Los Angeles, the pursuit of a career in the entertainment industry is a common path for many residents. The competitive nature of this profession, combined with the high cost of living, often leads aspiring actors to take on additional part-time or full-time jobs to make ends meet. This trend is not new, as even famous actors like Johnny Depp, Jennifer Aniston, Ashton Kutcher, and Brad Pitt had unconventional jobs before achieving stardom. Photographer Franck Bohbot, inspired by the phenomenon of actors balancing multiple jobs, started the project "I Am An Actor." He captured these dual-job actors in their workplaces, portraying them in a different light from their glamorous on-screen personas. Despite the absence of glitz, Bohbot's photographs created a unique and almost fictional atmosphere, freezing these individuals in their everyday lives.
