TALIESIN WEST
This project is a photographic exploration of Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s winter residence and architectural laboratory in the Arizona desert. Through this series, I seek to reveal the profound relationship between Wright's modernist architecture and the rugged landscape that surrounds it. My images are a dialogue between structure, light, and material, capturing how the interplay of shadows on the "desert masonry" and the filtered light from canvas roofs gives life to the space. The work aims to present a contemplative vision, one that honors Wright's genius while celebrating the harmonious integration of his masterpiece with its natural environment.
